Our client came to us with a very specific goal. Our team was tasked with selling all 24 units of the development within 3 months. Additionally, Terrace Beach Resorts required a website, digital ads and social platforms with a real wow factor. ElementIQ set out to make this happen.
The biggest challenge was time. Our team was working within a set 3 month timeline and within that time the 24 units had to be sold. The units were in a remote location which, despite being beautiful, was not accessible to everyone. We had to focus on creative advertising to meet our clients goal.
The 24 units at Terrace Beach Resort were such a visually appealing product. Our team had access to incredible, cinematic photography of these oceanfront homes and the best place to utilize these assets was on Facebook and Instagram advertising.
In particular the Insta Experience ads did wonders for the Instagram advertising campaigns due to their immersive nature. Our team ran several campaigns on both Facebook and Instagram for 3 months with a budget of $1000 per month.
The digital ads on social media brought thousands of interested visitors to the new website. Many inquired asking for more information and we created a cohesive mailing list of these users to keep them up to date on the development.
Our team carefully nurtured these leads to keep them engaged. The ads created a sense of curiosity while the email campaigns worked to truly sell leads on the units available, urging them to purchase.
