The Goal

Dr. Layton came to ElementIQ with a problem, his website was heavily outdated and it was costing Peace Arch Dental clients. It had been over 10+ years since they last updated it. The clinic was undergoing a rebrand and featured innovative technology - the old website was not measuring up. The team at ElementIQ got straight to work and sought to elevate the website on a whole new level.

The Challenge

In an initial consultation, we aligned ourselves with our clients' vision. The old Peace Arch Dental website was bland and uninspiring. Additionally, it was difficult to navigate and did not facilitate online booking. The most concerning aspect was that this old website did not have basic Google Analytics tracking installed, so our client was unable to gauge its effectiveness in every sense of the word.

The Needs

Dr. Layton wanted the website to truly be a vision of the future, and convey a personal touch in order to reflect the uniqueness of this clinic. This meant a website overhaul, complete with new assets, images, a colour scheme, a 360 degree tour and some incredible videos. We focused on visuals and video creation for this project which, combined with our digital marketing expertise, created a beautiful new website.

1. Updating the website

After careful planning and collaboration ElementIQ completely redesigned every page of the Peace Arch Dental website. New technology for the clinic needed to be prominently showcased on the new website. Peace Arch Dental was the first clinic in British Columbia to use the Axeos imaging tool - which creates 3D models of the teeth. Now it is featured front and center for site visitors to see.

2. Site Optimizing

The new website was mobile friendly and complete with an easy, calendar integrated booking system for customer convenience. We also installed Google Analytics to ensure proper tracking.

3. Aligning the brand

With a new office, Peace Arch Dental needed their website to better reflect the new brand values, showcase technology and display beautiful images of the team. ElementIQ captured incredible visuals of Dr. Layton, his staff and the clinic in order to showcase the welcoming atmosphere. This fresh, original new content contrasts heavily with the bland stock photos that were used on the old website.

4. Videos + 3D Tour

Our team created 3 original videos for Peace Arch Dental. They covered Same Day Crowns, Peninsula Dental Imaging and the Peace Arch Dental Prime Membership - which showcases the unique, in-house membership offered exclusively by the clinic. All three of these pieces exemplified the technology, expertise and day-to-day operation at the clinic. Website visitors could clearly see the incredible variety Peace Arch Dental had to offer.

The Results


The results are incredible with the new website looking nothing like its old self. We completely redesigned the layout and colour scheme to create a modern visual masterpiece. The three new videos are featured prominently and help to convey the value of Peace Arch Dental and its in-house technology. The friendly faces of staff and Dr. Layton and his family make the website feel much more approachable.
